It is hereby incorporated by reference that certain code known as the Wichita-Sedgwick County Unified Building and Trade Code, effective January 1, 2013, except for Article 1, Section 2, Table A pertaining to licensing, by reference.  Such code shall include building, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical codes under the definition of the Sedgwick County jurisdiction.  No fewer than three of said code shall be marked or stamped “Official Copy as adopted by Ordinance No. 1658-13” and to which shall be attached a copy of this Ordinance and filed with the City Clerk to be opened to inspection and available to the public at all reasonable hours.
