The Sedgwick County Sanitary Sewer Code, as amended from time to time by the Board of County Commissioners of Sedgwick County, Kansas, is hereby adopted by reference and incorporated as an ordinance of the City of Kechi, Kansas.  One or more copies of then-effective version of the Sedgwick County Sanitary Sewer Code, and to which shall be attached a copy of this ordinance.  Such copy or copies shall be filed with the City Clerk and shall be open and available for public inspection at all reasonable hours.
