Article 5, Section 5. A.030

No fewer than three copies of the UBTC shall be marked or stamped “Official Copy as adopted by the City of Kechi, Kansas” and to which shall be attached a copy of this ordinance, and shall be filed with the City Clerk to be opened to inspection and available to the public at all reasonable hours of business.

(b)The City hereby “opts-in” to the UBTC and shall be included in the definition of the Sedgwick County Jurisdiction as provided therein.
